 Join us as Grammy Award winning jazz vocalist Kurt Elling will be on campus for a concert featuring the University Jazz Orchestra and Gold Company on Thursday November 11, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. Another "must see" concert for all fans of vocal jazz. This fun and exciting day is for middle school, high school and college students and ensembles and includes a personal "behind the scenes" look at Gold Company as they prepare for the 33rd Annual Gold Company Miller Show.

The afternoon includes a Q and A session with Gold Company and the audience is invited back for a 7:30 p.m. private performance featuring Gold Company and GC II. This is a day that is guaranteed to educate, entertain and excite all audiences.

Gold Company will give a featured performance at Jazz at Lincoln Center as part of the New York City Vocal Jazz Festival hosted by Manhattan Concert Productions. Dr. Steve Zegree will serve as Artistic Director of the festival.

Gold Company has been invited to give a featured performance at the American Choral Directors Association National Concention in Chicago March 9-12, 2011.

The performance will be Friday evening March 11 at the Swiss Hotel in donwtown Chicago.

3 sets begin at 8:00 p.m. and there is no cover charge and no minimum, just maximum fun and great music!!

Join GC II on Thursday April 7 at The Union for an evening of  great group vocal jazz, and on Thursday April 14 for an evening of solo singing featuring the members of GC II. Both nights the music starts at 8 p.m. and ends at 11 p.m.

Gold Company has been honored with a very special invitation to perform at the National Inventors Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in our nation's capitol.

The 8th Annual Steve Zegree Vocal Jazz Camp will be held June 26-July 1, 2011 on the campus of Western Michigan University. The camp is open to high school and college teachers, students and professional singers, and rhythm section players (piano, bass, and drums). Enrollment is limited to 48 people.
